Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to identify customer needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to visualize design solutions.
• Develop visually appealing UI designs aligned with brand guidelines and usability standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless design implementation.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and enhance designs.
• Maintain consistency in design systems, layouts, typography, and interaction patterns.
• Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.

Required Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven UI/UX design experience with a strong project portfolio.
• Design Knowledge: Strong foundation in typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and user-centered design.
• Accessibility & Color: Familiarity with accessibility standards, inclusive design practices, and effective color theory.
• Tools Proficiency: Skilled in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related design tools.
• CAD Advantage: Basic knowledge of CAD software for product visualization is a plus.
• Prototyping: Ability to develop wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
• Communication: Strong presentation and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Organization: Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver within deadlines.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related design field.
• Professional certification in UI/UX Design (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹56,000.00 per month
