UI/UX Designer

You will be joining Hancod Digital, a fast-scaling tech company that specializes in building intelligent tools for businesses. As part of the team, you will contribute to the design of ERP, CRM, or POS platforms across web and mobile interfaces. Your role will involve collaborating with the CEO, Tech, and Product teams to translate complex workflows into intuitive UI designs. Additionally, you will conduct competitor analysis and user journey mapping for business applications. The key responsibilities include: - Leading or contributing to the design of ERP, CRM, or POS platforms - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create user-friendly designs - Conducting competitor analysis and user journey mapping - Designing clean, modular, and responsive UI using Figma - Maintaining consistency across modules for optimal performance and usability - Independently designing user-friendly products with little guidance - Taking ownership of end-to-end design processes - Occasionally creating branding or marketing design elements To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong emphasis on designing ERP, CRM, or admin dashboards. Proficiency in Figma, especially with components and libraries, is essential. You should also possess an understanding of user personas and product workflows in B2B SaaS. A self-motivated individual who can take initiative and design without constant direction would thrive in this environment. Bonus skills such as animation skills, Webflow knowledge, or frontend design handoff experience would be advantageous.
