Role Overview: At Nuacem, as a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing all user experiences when interacting with digital tools, such as websites and applications. Your role involves collaborating with product managers and engineers to gather user requirements and create user interfaces that enhance customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and assess user requirements in coordination with product managers and engineers. - Design the visual style, interface, and interaction flow of applications and experiences. - Create interaction flows, wireframes, and visual design mock-ups iteratively throughout the design process. - Identify design issues and develop effective solutions. - Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications and design patterns. - Create product and/or service-related interaction designs from concepts to production-ready solutions in collaboration with product teams and stakeholders. - Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate design decisions effectively. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design. - Proficiency in tools like FIGMA, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and After Effects. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript is a plus. - Strong visual design skills with a portfolio showcasing these abilities. - Understanding of branding, brand design, and marketing principles. - Confident presentation skills and the ability to communicate new ideas clearly. - Strong knowledge of design principles.
