We combine creativity and technology to help businesses streamline and elevate their operations.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. This senior role requires someone who can drive end-to-end product design, influence product strategy, and mentor junior designers while maintaining high standards for visual and interaction design.Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design for web and mobile products, from user research and interaction design to high-fidelity visuals and handoff to engineering.
Define and maintain design systems, patterns, and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
Drive user research and usability testing, synthesize insights, and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on requirements, priorities, and delivery timelines.
Mentor and provide feedback to junior designers, helping to grow the practice and improve team output.
Advocate for accessibility, performance, and data-informed design decisions across projects.

Requirements

7–8 years of professional experience in UI/UX design or related product design roles.
Strong portfolio demonstrating ownership of end-to-end product design, design systems, and measurable outcomes.
Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop; strong prototyping skills.
Solid understanding of UX research methods, interaction design, information architecture, layout, color theory, and typography.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting design rationale to stakeholders.
Experience mentoring designers and contributing to hiring and design process improvements.
Ability to balance creativity with business goals and deliver high-quality work within timelines. Immediate joiners preferred.
