UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for a talented UX/UI Designer skilled in Figma and Adobe Photoshop to design visually appealing, modern, and user-friendly web interfaces. You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to translate ideas into intuitive digital experiences that align with our brand and user goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design responsive web layouts, landing pages, dashboards, and UI components using Figma and Photoshop.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and consistent implementation of designs.
• Maintain and evolve the design system and ensure UI consistency across products.
• Optimize graphics and visuals for speed, accessibility, and performance.
• Work with marketing and product teams to design banners, web creatives, and social media visuals when required.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX and web design trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience (2–5 years) as a Web UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Figma (auto layout, component libraries, prototyping).
• Hands-on experience in Adobe Photoshop (image editing, compositing, web graphics).
• Good understanding of web design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
• Familiarity with responsive design and developer handoff tools (e.g., Figma Inspect, Zeplin).
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or how designs translate to frontend code (a plus).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator or After Effects for motion or icon design.
• Understanding of UX research and user testing.
• Experience designing for SaaS platforms or web applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
