We are looking for a highly talented and dynamic Sr.IT Recruiter who is well-experienced in IT Recruitment and Employee Engagement activities, with a proven track record of minimum 6 yrs in IT Industry only need to apply. Roles and Responsibilities Source potential candidates from various channels Communicating with the managers to identify future job openings. Screening the applicants according to the job requirements and competencies. Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events. Develop and execute recruiting plans and execute all phases of the recruitment process. Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database Processing the Offer and negotiating on employment terms with the candidate. Conducting employee engagement activities. Preferred Skills Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues 6+ years of IT recruitment experience. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods Knowledge of legal compliances will be an added advantage. Immediate joiners preferred.
