Roles and Responsibilities Source potential candidates from various channels Communicating with the managers to identify future job openings. Screening the applicants according to the job requirements and competencies. Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events. Develop and execute recruiting plans and execute all phases of the recruitment process. Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database Processing the Offer and negotiating on employment terms with the candidate. Conducting employee engagement activities. Preferred Skills Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues 6+ years of IT recruitment experience. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods Knowledge of legal compliances will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, and related technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards. Develop and optimize hashtag # SQLServer queries, stored procedures, and hashtag # database structures. Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting technical issues. Contribute to system design discussions and help implement scalable architecture.
