Job Description

Job Title: UI/UX Designer (Motion Design – After Effects)

Location: Remote

Work Timings: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM IST

Experience: 2+ Years

Job Overview

UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

Create
wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
for web and mobile applications
Design engaging
motion graphics, micro-interactions, and animations
using After Effects (Lottie/Rive is a plus)
Conduct
user research
, analyze insights, and translate findings into actionable design improvements
Maintain and contribute to
design systems
to ensure consistency across platforms
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing
Balance
user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
to deliver practical and elegant solutions
Present design concepts and decisions clearly to cross-functional teams

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in
Design, Visual Communication, HCI
, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
2+ years
of professional experience in
UI/UX design or motion design
Strong
portfolio
showcasing UI/UX projects, motion design, and branding work
Proficiency in
Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch
, or similar design/prototyping tools
Hands-on experience with
After Effects
and familiarity with
Lottie, Rive
, or similar motion tools
Solid understanding of
user-centered design principles
, accessibility standards, and responsive design
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment

Nice to Have

Experience designing for
SaaS or product-based applications
Knowledge of basic frontend constraints (HTML/CSS/JS awareness)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
