UI/UX Designer

Conceps Media Works is looking for a UI/UX Designer with expertise in user interface design, prototyping, and frontend development. The ideal candidate should have a strong design process, user-centered approach, and the ability to convert designs into functional interfaces using HTML, React, or Flutter. Experience in WordPress customization is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• User-Centered Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs using Figma/ AdobeXD, ensuring intuitive and seamless user experiences.
• Frontend Development: Convert UI designs into responsive interfaces using HTML, React, or Flutter for high-performance applications.
• WordPress Customization (Value-Added Skill): Implement custom designs, enhance UI elements, and optimize performance within WordPress-based websites.
• Research & Strategy: Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to refine UI/UX solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, designers, and clients to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
• Client Communication: Understand project requirements and translate business goals into effective design solutions.
• Design System & Documentation: Develop design systems, UI guidelines, and clear documentation for scalable projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, focusing on interactive web applications.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools for wireframing and prototyping.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Flutter for UI implementation.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Experience conducting usability testing and analyzing user feedback for improvement.
• Ability to stay updated with current and future UI/UX trends.
• WordPress customization skills are a value-added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
