Job Description

The UI/UX Designer will oversee HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy development. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including onboarding and offboarding. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals. Oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Drive employee engagement initiatives and performance evaluation processes. Address grievances and resolve conflicts in a fair and efficient manner Qualifications: The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy development. The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and strategic planning skills to support organizational growth and ensure a positive workplace environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with HRIS systems and recruitment tools. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
