At Boldteq Global Pvt. Ltd., we are a fast-evolving venture studio and digital brand group that creates, invests in, and scales high-impact digital products and eCommerce businesses. We are currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team.

Role Overview:

As a UI/UX Designer at Boldteq, you will play a key role in shaping intuitive, conversion-optimized digital experiences for Shopify stores and other web platforms. You’ll work closely with our development, CRO, and marketing teams to deliver clean, user-focused designs that elevate brand experience and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design modern, responsive web pages for Shopify and conversion rate optimized (CRO) websites
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure brand consistency and scalability
• Apply strong visual design principles, including layout, color, and typography
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs
• Conduct UX research and incorporate user feedback into iterative designs
• Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
• Strong understanding of wireframing, prototyping, and typography
• Experience designing for Shopify and knowledge of CRO best practices is a plus
• Familiarity with creating and using design systems
• Solid understanding of user-centered design and usability principles
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have:

• Experience with eCommerce and DTC brand websites
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (not mandatory)
• Knowledge of A/B testing tools and CRO strategies
