Role Description

This is a full-time UI/UX Designer role at Americana Restaurant CoE. We are seeking a motivated UI/UX Designer to help us create intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. You will be a key part of our product team, transforming ideas into user-friendly designs for our web and mobile applications.

Location

This is an on-site position located in Mohali, India.

Responsibilities

- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to explore and communicate design ideas.

- Design clean, effective, and engaging user interfaces (UI) and mockups.

- Assist with user research and usability testing to gather valuable feedback.

- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure your designs are implemented perfectly.

- Contribute to our design system to help maintain consistency across all our products.

Eligibility

- 1-3 years of experience in a UI/UX Design or Product Design role.

- A degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

- A portfolio showcasing your design process and UI/UX projects. (A portfolio link is required).

- Proficiency with modern design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

- A solid understanding of core UI/UX principles (user-centered design, usability, information architecture).

- Good communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude.
