UI/UX Designer - Adobe XD

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and implement intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Enhance and optimize existing UI designs by identifying usability issues and recommending improvements.
• Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to refine user experience and interaction flows.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and project objectives.
• Translate technical and business requirements into wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Balance creativity with usability, while maintaining consistency with design guidelines and best practices.
• Create interactive prototypes and wireframes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to explore design ideas.
• Validate design decisions through user testing, A/B testing, and heuristic evaluations.
• Conduct ongoing user research, competitor analysis, and usability audits to inform design direction.
• Present and communicate design ideas clearly to developers, product managers, and other team Were Looking For :
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
• Understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
• Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design
• Basic knowledge of design systems and component libraries
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• A portfolio showcasing UI/UX work
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience with tools like Notion, Trello, Zeplin, or InVision
• Exposure to user testing and gathering feedback
