And now, we’re opening the doors for 5 UI/UX Design Interns - design thinkers, creative explorers, and interface-obsessed creators who want to craft work that doesn’t just look good… it moves people!

This is not the internship where you’re stuck resizing logos or fixing font sizes in forgotten decks. This is where you sit at the intersection of creativity, psychology, technology, and storytelling, designing in real time for real clients with real impact. You’ll work directly with the development team and the Founder, turning abstract ideas into high-fidelity experiences. You’ll design interfaces that people actually use, solve UX problems that actually matter, and build a portfolio that actually gets noticed.

What You’ll Actually Do (No, Not Just Pixel Pushing)

• Design UI layouts, graphics, components, and visual systems for websites, apps, and interactive experiences that feel alive.
• Create design assets for web, mobile, and social platforms with a sharp eye for detail, clarity, and emotion.
• Turn ideas into interfaces: translate raw concepts from the Founder’s Office into functional, stunning designs for websites, dashboards, product UI, and more.
• Build polished mockups, decks, and prototypes for internal reviews, client pitches, and live projects.
• Participate in workshops and design sessions that sharpen your taste, speed, and thought process as a digital designer.

What You’ll Learn

• The end-to-end workflow of a real UI/UX and product design team.
• How to design interfaces that balance beauty with usability, and emotion with clarity.
• Figma in depth: components, variants, auto-layout, grids, and visual systems.
• Design psychology: how shapes, colour, typography, and motion influence human behaviour.
• How to iterate fast, take critique like a pro, and evolve your work in a high-velocity startup.
• How developers think - building empathy for engineering constraints and smooth handoffs.
• The building blocks of branding, aesthetics, digital storytelling, and user experience.
• How an agency actually operates and what it takes to deliver top-tier work under real-world deadlines.

Who This Is For

• Students or recent grads (0–6 months experience) in UI/UX, Visual Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or related fields.
• Designers with a strong aesthetic sense. If misaligned spacing bothers you more than it should, you’ll fit right in.
• Figma-ready creators who’ve played with components, variants, or layouts and have at least a small portfolio to show.
• People who genuinely love beautiful interfaces, thoughtful typography, clean layouts, and human-centric visuals.

The Details:

Paid internship – 4 months, with potential extension

Location: On-site at our Noida office, with flexible timings

Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
