UI UX designer

The ideal candidate will have experience in creating mockups to present to teams, collecting feedback and creating a quality piece of work. This individual should be comfortable with building sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes to provide to project manners and inevitably execute based on outlined criteria. This candidate should have strong creative and design skills and be familiar with various design technologies.
QualificationsDegree – Graphic Design, HCI, or related field (optional).Certifications – Google UX, Figma, Adobe XD (preferred).Tools – Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop.Prototyping – Wireframing, mockups, user flows.Basic Coding – HTML, CSS, JavaScriptUser Research – A/B testing, usability testing.Design Guidelines – Material Design, Apple HIG, WCAG.Creativity – Strong visual and problem-solving skills.User Focus – Understanding user needs & behaviors.Collaboration – Teamwork with developers & stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the design team to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications.Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback.Assist in the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides.Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of design specifications.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.RequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.Strong portfolio showcasing design projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar.Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
