Business Development Executive Pharma Sales

You are a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive responsible for promoting and expanding Analytical Services (AS) offerings in the Vizag region. Your primary focus will be engaging with existing Integrated Waste Management (IWM) customers, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue growth through customized solutions and service delivery support. Your key responsibilities include engaging with current IWM customers to understand their analytical testing needs, upselling AS offerings, identifying and developing new business opportunities in relevant industrial sectors, collaborating with the Analytical Services Marketing & Business Development (AS MBD) team to execute campaigns and drive lead generation, delivering compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, facilitating client onboarding, ensuring smooth coordination with technical and laboratory teams, tracking and reporting on sales metrics, market feedback, and client engagement activities, as well as maintaining accurate records using CRM and reporting tools. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record in B2B sales or technical services marketing, preferably in industrial or environmental services. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills are essential, along with the ability to quickly grasp technical service offerings and translate them into client solutions. Being self-driven with a proactive, field-oriented mindset is crucial, and familiarity with the Vizag industrial landscape is considered a plus.,
