UI / UX Designer

About the Role: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our in-house product team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual and interactive aspects of our digital products. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality, user-centered designs from concept to final implementation, ensuring seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience. Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Translate product requirements and user needs into intuitive and engaging interfaces. Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI standards. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve design decisions. Ensure consistency and coherence of UI/UX across all platforms and devices. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers. Requirements: 4+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of design projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Deep understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and responsive design. Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects. Nice to Have: Experience in animation/motion design. Familiarity with design systems like Material Design or Apple HIG. Background in psychology or human-computer interaction. Solid understanding of frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
