UI and Graphic Designer

NOTE: Designers with 3-6 Years of experience are prefered. Freshers don't apply.

The Role:

As our Senior Designer, you are responsible for developing creative design solutions from concept to final execution that strategically translate and support brand strategy in the digital space. You will take ownership of setting up and creating new and improved design systems that bring fresh thinking that incorporates exciting new looks by pushing creative boundaries. You will design digital marketing assets for a wide variety of channels across a broad range of media, including, websites, logos, email, display ads, brochures, decks, illustrations, and social media campaigns.

Day to day you’ll be working on any number of tasks from translating existing brand campaigns into engaging digital advertisements, creating low-fi/hi-fi wireframes for branded content projects, working with our marketing team assisting their design requirements, to designing mockups or prototypes for projects.

• Create and manage original, conceptually compelling work for websites with support from the Creative team across multiple brands and products. 
• Working closely with the development team to bring your vision to life. 
• Staying on track with emerging digital visual trends. 
• The ability to take complete ownership of projects, starting from taking briefs to presenting initial designs and self managing the project until delivery. 
• Deliver briefs from concept to completion via working collaboratively across teams on ideation, creation and implementation. 
• A strong understanding of website design, graphic design, illustration, typography and ecommerce standards.
• Demonstrate strong UX/ UI and design thinking for the web, digital, ecommerce and social advertising.
• Define the look and feel for a variety of digital design projects whilst implementing existing brand guidelines.

What You Should Have:

• 3-7 years of professional design experience

  , specifically within the website designing, digital design and marketing.
• Good English Communication skills. As you will be communicating to our team members in different countries, this is a must skill.
• Strong understanding and application of UI design principles.
• Must have knowledge on Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• The aptitude to learn new software and programs efficiently and effectively if needed.
• A working knowledge of social media asset creation. Some of our clients ask to design their posts in Canva.! So, the knowledge of the same will be a plus point.
• An eye and passion for details and ability to work autonomously.
• Demonstrated passion for design and eagerness to collaborate with others.
• Excellent time management skills and self-starting attitude.
• Strong knowledge of design hierarchy, layout design and typography for professional corporate design collateral. 
• Agile and adaptable, thriving amidst startup dynamism. Comfortable with a lack of structure and frequent changes.
• Resourceful and willing to experiment, who is energized by the idea of creating something out of nothing.(Literally)
• Able to juggle diverse design, web, and branding projects without breaking a sweat. Can juggle easily among various design and web projects.

What Would Be Nice To Have (Not Mandatory):

• Mention Design. Can create animated social media posts and videos using tools like After Effect or blender or something similar.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS coding.
• Knows a way around WordPress site backend.
