Role Description

We are seeking a full-time UGC Content Creator to join our team at our Uttar Pradesh, India office. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for producing authentic and engaging user-generated content aligned with brand messaging and campaigns. Your tasks will include conceptualizing and creating videos, graphics, and written content, collaborating with the marketing team to provide content tailored for social platforms, and analyzing content performance to optimize engagement and brand growth. You will play a crucial role in fostering a strong connection between our brands and their target audiences.

Qualifications

• Creative content creation skills including Video Production, Graphic Design, and Visual Storytelling.
• Social Media expertise with the ability to craft engaging content tailored for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Experience in Content Writing, Copywriting, Creative Writing, and Captioning for compelling narratives.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, and Influencer Collaboration techniques.
• Analytical skills to track and measure content performance and engagement metrics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in design and video editing software is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
