Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist, based in Delhi, India. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, managing and updating customer databases, and generating sales leads. Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, effectively communicating product benefits, handling customer inquiries, and following up on sales opportunities. The Telesales Specialist will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Sales and Customer Support skills: Proven experience in sales, ability to generate leads, and customer support experience.
• Communication and Customer Service skills: Strong verbal communication skills, ability to explain products and services clearly, and demonstrated customer service excellence.
• Training skills: Ability to learn and train on new product offerings quickly and accurately.
• Relevant experience and qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field, prior experience in telesales or customer-facing roles, and familiarity with CRM software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets consistently.
