Role: UAV Test & Assembly Engineer (Piloting & Testing)
Main job Location: Kondapur - HyderabadWorking Mode: FulltimeTimings: 09:00 AM –6:30 PM (Monday – Friday)Package: NegotiableExperience: 1– 3 yearsQualification: B. Tech/B.E. or M. Tech/M.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Aeronautical EngineerSkills: UAV Piloting, Assembly, Troubleshooting, Calibration, Testing, Flight Control, PX4, Ardu pilot, FieldOperations, BOM Knowledge, Multirotor, Fixed Wing, Data Logging, Pay load IntegrationKey Responsibilities: Pilot and operate UAVs during field trials and testing sessions, ensuring mission safety andaccuracy. Assemble UAVs from scratch using mechanical and electronic components based on the BOM. Conduct pre-flight inspections, perform checklist-based validations, and calibrate flight systems. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues during flight tests and provide feedback to the R&Dteam. Perform flight data analysis and report anomalies and system improvements. Maintain flight logs and ensure safety compliance during field operations. Support firmware installation, parameter tuning, and mission profile setup. Collaborate with design engineers to improve assembly ease and flight reliability. Handle payload integration and assist in performing field validations.
Minimum Service Agreement (Bond): 2 Months Training + 24 Months FTE.
