We are seeking a data-driven and creative User Acquisition Marketing Manager to scale our paid user acquisition efforts across mobile and web platforms. You will lead strategy and execution for UA campaigns across channels like Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and others. Your goal is to grow high-quality users efficiently, through rigorous testing, optimisation, and analysis. Responsibilities - Plan, launch, and optimize UA campaigns across various ad networks (Meta, Google UAC, ASA, TikTok, Unity Ads, etc.) Own daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting for paid marketing channels Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad assets tailored to each channel Analyze cohorts and LTV:CAC metrics to continuously improve ROAS Manage large UA budgets efficiently to meet acquisition and revenue goals Coordinate with Product and Data teams to align UA with lifecycle marketing and app updates Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and platform changes to identify opportunities Nice to have - Experience in subscription-based mobile apps or consumer tech products Background in gaming, fintech, health, or education verticals Familiarity with MMPs, SKAN 4.0, and privacy-first attribution strategies Creative direction experience or a strong eye for high-performing ad creative What we offer - Competitive salary and performance bonuses Flexible work environment Opportunity to work with a fast-growing portfolio of digital products Collaborative and growth-focused team culture Access to top-tier tools and marketing technology Show more Show less
