Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Typist to join our team at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre, responsible for documentation and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills and attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibility

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and test results.
Prepare and edit documents such as reports, letters, and other correspondence.
Develop and implement effective filing systems for easy access to information.
Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy with strong attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare industry standards is an asset.
