Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Typist to join our team at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent documentation skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documents.
Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate with various departments to gather information and data.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy with strong attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
