Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Typist to join our team at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent documentation skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain accurate records of patient information, test results, and treatment plans.
Develop and implement effective filing systems for easy access to medical records.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines when handling sensitive information.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy with strong attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a positive attitude.
Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare procedures is an asset.
