Job Description

Experience :

  • A Typist / Clerk / Office Assistant would need excellent organization / communication; experience in admin roles of (3 to 6+ years or more) with tasks like scheduling, filing & document management is key, with responsibilities focusing on supporting office operations, handling correspondence, fixing appointments & meetings as well as maintaining records
  • Experience as a Typist in Hospitals / Diagnostic Centre would give and added advantage, though it is not mandatory
  • He should be able to take dictation while typing and be able to handle confidential information
  • Further exposure to / the following is also strongly preferred.
  • Typing & Documentation :

    Typing, proofreading, formatting documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Office Support:

    Managing schedules, handling calls, greeting visitors, ordering supplies, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Data Management :

    Accurate data entry into databases and spreadsheets, records management.
  • Communication :

    Excellent written and verbal communication for internal and external interactions.
  • Organization :

    Managing multiple tasks, prioritizing, meeting deadlines & maintaining office efficiency.
  • Attention to Detail :

    Crucial for accuracy in typing, data, and grammar.
  • Time Management :

    Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
  • Problem-Solving :

    Identifying issues and finding solutions.
  • Adaptability :

    Willingness to learn new software and handle changing priorities.

Qualification

Education : The candidate should be a Graduate in any stream essentially.
