Turnkey Interior Project Manager – IT Workspace (8–12 Years Experience)

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Turnkey Interior Project Manager with strong expertise in IT workspace interiors, including corporate office setups, tech floors, data rooms, collaborative spaces, and infrastructure-ready environments. The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of proven experience managing end-to-end interior projects with complete ownership of planning, execution, vendor management, and delivery.

• Lead and manage turnkey interior projects from concept to handover.
• Work closely with clients, architects, MEP consultants, IT teams, and vendors.
• Prepare project schedules, BOQs, budgets, and execution plans.
• Coordinate site activities, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.
• Manage procurement, contractor supervision, and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with safety, IT infrastructure requirements, and industry standards.
• Handle change requests, project risks, and issue resolution.
• Deliver projects within time, cost, and quality parameters.
• Prepare and submit project reports, documentation, and handover files.
• Strong knowledge of

  MEP, HVAC, electrical layouts, networking, and server room requirements

• Proven experience handling

  large workspace fit-outs (20,000–100,000 sq. ft.)

• Excellent project management, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and ensure high-quality finishes.
• Proficiency in project tracking tools (MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD reading, etc.).

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture (preferred).
• PMP certification is an added advantage.
