Job Overview We are looking for a skilled Turner / Lathe Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating lathe machines to produce precision components as per engineering drawings and specifications. Key Responsibilities Operate lathe machines (manual and/or CNC) to fabricate metal parts and components. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders. Measure and inspect finished products using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges). Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines. Ensure quality standards and tolerances are met consistently. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with production and QC teams to resolve machining issues. Required Skills & Qualifications ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 2+ years of experience as a lathe machine operator or turner in a manufacturing setup. Strong understanding of machining processes and tools. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic knowledge of safety procedures and machine maintenance. Preferred Qualifications Experience in working with components for analytical or precision instruments.
