As a practitioner, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support.
Desired qualifications
Certified LMS practitioner with an experience of 5 - 9 years
Analyze the current business requirement and processes and recommend / develop solutions to meet the client needs
Design, configure and document SAP SuccessFactor Learning based on business requirements
Assist in developing functional specification for developments
Assisting in testing process (developing and maintaining test scripts and scenarios) in order to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation or users lack of experience
Assisting in application support, system testing and training of end users
An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives
Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning configuration experience
Experience with and knowledge of key integration points between SAP SuccessFactors modules
Ability to interpret business requirements / problems and provide clear recommendations
Able to collaborate and communicate with clients
Interpersonal skills and able to work as a team
Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools including Excel and Project
Working with the cloud implementation methodology and project planning (at least 4 full cycle implementations)
Experience leading teams in SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Experience leading client workshops
Creation of documentation and training materials
Knowledge transfer to clients and training of super users

Base location: Pan India
This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
