Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and prospective clients. Pitch company services, onboard clients, and drive property listings. Act on company-generated leads and contact potential clients to schedule property discussions or site visits. Visit client-preferred locations to understand their requirements and preferences. Match client needs with available property listings and recommend suitable options. Pitch and present property details persuasively to influence purchase decisions. Build trust with clients by providing clear and honest information about property specifications, pricing, and benefits. Follow up diligently and maintain a high lead conversion rate.
