As a Sales and Distribution Executive, your primary responsibility will be to achieve sales and development targets through the effective implementation of area-specific plans. You will be required to analyze trends and develop sales forecasts for various product categories. Collaborating with the Manager, you will devise channel sales strategies tailored to the assigned geography. It will be your role to allocate sales targets to different territories based on a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and growth patterns. In order to expand distribution networks in line with budgetary plans, you will need to plan and execute strategies for stock management and logistics. Timely settlement of distributor claims, ensuring agreed return on investment, and implementing sales strategies informed by market data analysis will also be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will work on developing and executing distribution strategies that adapt to changing channel mixes. Monitoring the availability and performance of manpower at distribution centers, tracking distribution expansion plans, and ensuring compliance with MIS requirements will be crucial tasks. Building strong relationships with modern trade partners and addressing their concerns promptly will be essential. You will collaborate closely with regional trade marketing and key account teams to manage promotional activities effectively. For the desired candidate profile, we are looking for a Graduate with a preference for an MBA qualification. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in General Trade within the FMCG industry is required. Proficiency in MS Excel is essential, along with the ability to interpret and analyze data effectively.,
