TSE - Retail Sales

Role Overview: As a Sales professional, your primary responsibility will be to manage Channel Sales partners and sell products by establishing contacts with retailers, dealers, customers, and contractors. Building strong relationships with existing and potential channel partners to expand the trade network will be crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers through personal visits, telephone calls, and emails. - Conduct cold calls to arrange meetings with potential customers and explore new business opportunities. - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management for the assigned area through dealers and retailers. - Manage sales promotion activities, including both Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) activities. Communicate promotional schemes to dealers and motivate them to achieve planned targets. - Build and maintain relationships with builders, MEPs, contractors, and architects by providing support, information, and guidance. Organize special sales promotional activities to enhance engagement. - Collaborate with all business departments to promote cross-selling initiatives. - Ensure efficient data management to support sales activities effectively. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Minimum of 4 to 10 years of experience in Channel Sales within the relevant industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. - Proficiency in data management tools and techniques.
