Key Responsibilities Extensive hands-on knowledge of Multi-Pod and Multi-Site Cisco ACI design, implementation, and support, Tenant constructs, Application network profiles, Contracts, Fabric access policies, L3 extensions & Routing and L3 policies Working knowledge of Citrix and F5 load Balancer products. In depth knowledge of routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP and RIP Hands on experience (Expert level) of Routing & Switching on vendor devices Cisco, Palo Alto, Citrix and Cisco ACI Will provide level 2 support as the final point of escalation and run with issues until the point of resolution. Supporting in rotation shifts plus 24/7 On Call support when needed. Troubleshooting traffic flows via underlay and overlay Strong Documentation skills Design and implement advanced network solutions. Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex network issues. Configure and optimize Cisco AAA servers. Manage and secure Cisco Next Gen Firewalls and Palo Alto Firewalls. Oversee the deployment and management of Citrix Load Balancers. Implement and manage Cisco ACI & SDN solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the network team. Ability to assist with incident investigations through to timely resolution. Forward planning and ability to manage non-complex implementations. Excellent analytical & interpretive skills. Develop and maintain network documentation and standards. Good Knowledge of ITIL framework and Service management. Required Skills: Extensive experience with Cisco AAA servers. Advanced proficiency in managing Cisco Next Gen Firewalls and Palo Alto Firewalls. In-depth knowledge of Citrix Load Balancers. Expertise in Cisco ACI, SDx, Cisco IOS & NXOS Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Superior communication and interpersonal skills Qualification : B. Tech or B.E. from a University /Institute recognized by Government of India or its Regulatory bodies in Information Technology / Computer Science / Electronics and Communications / Electronics and Tele-Communications / Electronics / MCA /MSc/MCS with minimum 8 years’ experience in relevant field in any of the Central Govt./State Govt./PSU/BFSI/ Reputed Private Firms/MNCs. Professional OEM Certification is respective network sub-domain is compulsory.. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, CISSP PCNSE) are highly desirable.
