Location : BKC, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (On-site, Full-time) Experience : 3+ Years Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate AI & Tech with 3+ years of relevant experience to join our growing team in BKC, Mumbai. This role is ideal for a proactive individual eager to apply their knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and broader technological concepts to real-world business problems. You will be instrumental in researching, developing, and implementing AI-powered solutions, contributing directly to our strategic initiatives and product offerings. Key Responsibilities AI/ML Application : Participate in the design, development, and implementation of AI and Machine Learning models to address specific business needs. Data Handling : Assist in the end-to-end data lifecycle, including data acquisition, cleaning, transformation, and preparation for model training and analysis. Technology Integration : Explore and integrate various AI/ML platforms, tools, and libraries (Python ML frameworks, cloud AI services) into existing or new systems. Problem Solving : Actively identify technical challenges, conduct root cause analysis, and propose innovative and effective AI/tech-driven solutions. Research & Evaluation : Conduct in-depth research on emerging AI technologies, methodologies, and industry trends to inform solution design and keep our approaches cutting-edge. Documentation : Create clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, model specifications, and process flows. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with senior engineers, data scientists, project managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and ensure successful project delivery. Performance Monitoring : Assist in monitoring the performance of deployed AI models and systems, identifying areas for optimization and improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field. 3+ years of hands-on professional experience in roles involving AI, Machine Learning, data analysis, or software development with a strong AI focus. Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts and algorithms. Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and ML model development (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/Keras/PyTorch). Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML services. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts clearly.
