Job Description

As a part of Groupe Veritas (GV), a company engaged in International Trade and distribution of Petroleum & Petro Chemical products, your role as a Finance Manager will involve the following key responsibilities: - Coordinating Debt Syndication and arranging Working Facilities for the company's operations in India and Dubai. - Organizing and overseeing the company's rating process. - Conducting ASM, Stock Audits, and Stock Inspections as required. - Interacting with regulatory bodies such as RBI and SEBI to ensure compliance. - Handling property valuation and ensuring Title Clearance of Properties. - Managing ROC Charge and related documentation. - Participating in and contributing to Review and Management Meetings.
