Job Description

Reporting to Deputy Vice President(M6)

Grade: M4 or M5

The key responsibilities would include the following:

Provide compliance advisory on all treasury matters.
Review treasury products, policies, and processes.
Advise on market risk and finance-related disclosures.
Support statutory audit certificates and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with risk and internal audit on regulatory matters.
Monitor/testing of treasury regulatory compliance (RBI guidelines).
Implement new RBI circulars for treasury.
Assist during RBI audits and resolve inspection points.
Engage with regulators for clarifications and approvals.
Support business reviews, audit reports, and MIS preparation.

Job Role:

CA/MBA qualification.
Knowledge of key banking and financial regulations.
Experience in implementing/monitoring regulations; audit/assurance preferred.
Ability to work under pressure with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Diligent, quick learner, and team player.
Proficient in MS Office.
