Treasury and Risk Associate

As a Treasury and Risk Associate at Accenture, your role involves helping with determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions. You will be responsible for designing and implementing Regulatory Controls to support compliance with regulatory obligations. This includes testing, evaluating, and rationalizing business, technology, and process controls to assess control effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Preparation of treasury transactions, including cash management, FX, and investments - Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred) - Knowledge of books closure and maintaining control GL accounts - Support for SOX compliance or other relevant internal control frameworks - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills - Prepare reports and dashboards on risk exposures, control effectiveness, and audit findings - Understanding of treasury operations, financial markets, and risk mitigation techniques - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Front Middle and Back office Treasury Management, Treasury Analytics, Treasury cash pooling and netting - SAP/Oracle Experience - Experience working in a BPO or shared service environment preferred - Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, Treasury Management Software, and reporting tools - Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail - Accounting Reconciliation, Accounting Journal Entries, Process Improvements - Commitment to quality, detail orientation, ability to meet deadlines, problem-solving skills, strong analytical skills Qualifications Required: - BCom In this role, you will be expected to solve routine problems with guidance from general guidelines.
