Job Description

As a Treasury and Risk Associate at Accenture, your role will involve helping determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data and conducting analysis. You will be responsible for designing and implementing Regulatory Controls, including business, technology, and process controls to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations. Your tasks will also include testing, evaluating, and rationalizing control effectiveness. **Key Responsibilities:** - Preparation of treasury transactions, such as cash management, FX, and investments - Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred) - Knowledge of books closure and maintaining control GL accounts - Supporting SOX compliance or other internal control frameworks - Creating reports and dashboards on risk exposures, control effectiveness, and audit findings - Understanding of treasury operations, financial markets, and risk mitigation techniques - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage stakeholders - Front, Middle, and Back office Treasury Management - Treasury Analytics, Treasury cash pooling, and netting - SAP/Oracle Experience - Experience working in a BPO or shared service environment preferred - Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, Treasury Management Software, and reporting tools - Accounting Reconciliation, Accounting Journal Entries, Process Improvements - Commitment to quality, detail orientation, ability to meet deadlines, problem-solving skills, and strong analytical skills In this role, you will be required to solve routine problems with guidance from general guidelines and your direct supervisor. You will receive detailed to moderate instruction on daily tasks and new assignments. Your decisions will impact your own work as an individual contributor within a focused scope of work. Please note that this role may involve working in rotational shifts and requires a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) with 1 to 3 years of experience.,
