Treasures Relationship Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for acquiring and engaging with DBS Treasures clients with assets under management (AUM) greater than INR 20 Million. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional volume and revenue performance, ensuring client coverage and product penetration through cross-selling and upselling of DBS products and services. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels through proactive client engagement and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire and upgrade quality Treasures clients in designated branch locations - Deepen wallet share of existing customers through retention and growth of AUM - Achieve monthly and annual volume and revenue objectives - Activate e-Channels and drive Savings Book growth - Implement product strategies effectively through relationship management - Develop client trust and loyalty through lifestyle and beyond banking propositions - Ensure optimal product mix to enhance client coverage and profitability - Provide exemplary customer service and uphold DBS service standards - Ensure internal and regulatory compliance by adhering to sales processes and risk reviews - Build appropriate workflows and processes for exemplary service delivery, including doorstep banking Qualifications Required: - Sound understanding of financial planning and wealth management products in India - In-depth knowledge of the local market and competition - AMFI, IRDAI, FEDAI certification with BCSBI certification as an added advantage - Graduate or Post Graduate with an MBA in a relevant field Company Details: DBS India is committed to a culture of performance through value-based propositions.
