Travel Sales Consultant

With a presence in multiple locations including Dubai, Sharjah, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaima, San Diego (USA), and Cochin (India), our client has established a global footprint. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager - B2B & B2C to join our team. As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the division both from a profitability (P&L) and brand perspective. Your responsibilities will include developing a comprehensive business plan aligned with the organization's objectives, managing and guiding the team to achieve set targets, and devising effective marketing strategies based on market trends and customer needs. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze current and future market trends to influence product development. - Lead and mentor the team to achieve and exceed performance targets. - Provide team members with relevant information, training, and growth opportunities. - Contribute to overall team success by ensuring high-quality results. - Drive business growth and increase revenue and market share. - Monitor competition, prepare commercial analyses, and maintain client database. - Stay updated on various destinations and products. - Oversee man-management activities and ensure exceptional customer service. - Lead business development efforts and manage sales and operations for the assigned region. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The work location is onsite.
