Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Travel Expert. The Travel Expert will be responsible for handling travel arrangements, managing business travel, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves coordinating travel schedules, assisting clients with travel logistics, and ensuring seamless communication with clients and service providers.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in managing Business Travel
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Hospitality, or a related field
