Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant located in Ahmedabad. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing expert travel consulting services, managing travel arrangements and reservations, and ensuring high levels of customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include planning travel itineraries, booking flights, accommodations, and other travel services, as well as addressing customer inquiries and resolving travel-related issues.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Excellent Customer Service and Reservations skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
• Experience with travel booking software and tools is a plus
• Previous experience in the travel industry is advantageous
