Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant, located in Preet Vihar. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for creating and managing travel arrangements, providing travel consulting services, managing reservations, offering superior customer service, and ensuring smooth travel experiences for clients. Daily tasks include planning itineraries, booking accommodations and activities, responding to client inquiries, and resolving any travel-related issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Strong Customer Service and Reservations skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
