Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Expert, located in New Delhi. The Travel Expert will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing customer service, handling travel management for business trips, and communicating effectively with clients and colleagues. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure efficient travel planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in managing Business Travel
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel Management, Hospitality, or a related field
