Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, consulting on travel options, and coordinating travel plans for clients. Day-to-day tasks include booking reservations, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing travel logistics to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients.

• Experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in travel booking software and tools
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle complex itineraries
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is beneficial
