About the Role:

We’re looking for a sharp, ambitious, and experienced Travel Sales Executive to join our high-performing team. If you’ve got solid experience in selling flights to US customers, know how to close deals over the phone, and are hungry for high earnings and rapid growth, we want to hear from you.

You’ll be working with pre-qualified leads—no cold calling—selling flights and travel add-ons to US-based customers. This is a target-driven, high-energy role ideal for sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• 🎯 Handle inbound and outbound calls with pre-qualified US-based leads

• ✈️ Sell international flights, primarily to US destinations

• 📦 Upsell travel products like seats, baggage, insurance, and other ancillaries

• 🏆 Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• 📞 Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business and referrals

• 📈 Maintain accurate sales records and customer interactions in CRM systems

• 🌙 Work night shifts aligned to US time zones, including occasional weekends

Requirements:

• ✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in international travel sales (US process preferred)

• ✅ Proficiency with GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo (preferred)

• ✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

• ✅ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• ✅ High adaptability, self-motivation, and a performance-driven mindset
