Job Title: Travel Operations Executive
Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)
Work Schedule: 5.5 Days per Week

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Travel Operations Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing customized travel packages (both Domestic & International), managing end-to-end bookings, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create customized Domestic and International travel packages based on client requirements.
• Interact with clients to understand their preferences, budget, and travel needs.
• Prepare detailed itineraries covering flights, hotels, sightseeing, transport, and activities.
• Handle bookings for hotels, flights, transfers, visas, and other travel services.
• Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transport providers for best deals and timely confirmations.
• Ensure accurate costing, quotations, and timely proposal submissions.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow-up with clients pre and post-travel.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of proven experience in travel operations (Domestic & International packages).
• Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, hotels, flights, and ground arrangements.
• Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Should be based in/comfortable working from Gurgaon.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
