Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Operation Executive located in Pune. The Travel Operation Executive will handle day-to-day tasks related to travel arrangements, consulting with clients, managing customer service interactions, and overseeing travel management operations to ensure a seamless travel experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails.
• Provide product/service information to customers and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Assist the sales team in identifying leads and converting them into customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve sales targets and support overall team goals.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer support (freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Good problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
