Travel Executive

PROFILE - TOUR EXECUTIVE LOCATION - JANPATH (CONNAUGH PLACE DELHI) SALARY - 20K TO 35K ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Organizing domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation (cars, trains, etc.), and other necessary services.  Managing travel bookings and itineraries, ensuring they align with company policies, budgets, and client needs.  Negotiating with travel vendors (airlines, hotels, etc.) to secure the best rates and services.  Providing timely support and assistance to employees or clients regarding travel-related inquiries, changes, and emergencies.  Maintaining accurate records of travel bookings, expenses, and client information.  Ensuring all travel arrangements comply with company travel policies and procedures.  Preparing travel reports and analyzing travel data to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.  Effectively communicating travel plans, updates, and changes to relevant stakeholders Keeping abreast of the latest travel trends, regulations, and safety measures.  Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software. Knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations and procedures. Ability to negotiate and build relationships with travel vendors. Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Attention to detail and accuracy.
