Travel Executive

Accord Travels is currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join us as a Travel Executive. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our operations, assisting clients with travel reservations and ensuring their journey is hassle-free. Responsibilities:

• Booking and Reservation:
• Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel-related services.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of reservations.
• Provide recommendations based on client preferences and needs.
• Customer Support:
• Offer excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Provide travel advice and alternatives to meet client expectations.
• Assist clients with changes or modifications to their reservations.
• Documentation and Coordination:
• Maintain organized records of all travel reservations.
• Prepare and distribute necessary documentation to clients.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth coordination.
• Stay Informed:
• Stay up-to-date with travel industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge.
• Contribute to team discussions for continuous improvement of services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Previous experience in travel reservations or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
