We're Hiring: Full-Time Travel Executive Location: Red Rail Tours, Charni Road (South Mumbai) Company Profile: Red Rail Tours is a reputed, IATA and Ministry of Tourism-approved travel agency based in South Mumbai, offering curated travel experiences both in India and internationally. Job Description: 1. Operations: Booking and coordination for new and ongoing tours, including flight tickets. 2. Client Coordination: Handling client queries and maintaining timely communication. 3. Payment Follow-up: Ensuring timely collection and tracking of payments. 4. Itinerary Creation: Designing customized itineraries as per client preferences. 5. Visa Applications: Assisting clients with visa documentation and submissions. 6. Events: Attending travel exhibitions and seminars for networking and business development. 7. Sales & Promotion: Promoting ongoing travel offers and packages across various platforms. Job Details: Location: Near Charni Road Station, Mumbai Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM OR 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Important Points to Note Before Applying: Must be flexible with working hours during peak workload periods. Work-from-home is not permitted unless in case of a medical emergency. A minimum 2-year commitment is required. Freshers with basic travel knowledge are encouraged to apply.
